Active Bonus or Active

A Casino bonus that you have accepted and which remains active in your Account.  A Casino Bonus will be generally be active where the Wagering Requirements have not yet been completed in full and the time period for completing the Wagering Requirements in full has not yet expired.

Bonus Balance

The amount of funds held in the wallet labelled “Bonus” where the bonus funds are held until all of the requirements for completion of the Casino Bonus have been fulfilled. 

Buy-In Balance

When you accept a Buy-In Bonus, your committed money will sit in your Buy-In Balance.  When you play with a Buy-In Bonus, the money in your Buy-In Balance will be used first to place any bets.  When a Buy-In Bonus is no longer Active, any money in your Buy-In Balance will be transferred to your Cash Balance.  

Buy-In Bonus

A type of Casino Bonus where you agree to an amount of money being committed to the Buy-In Balance wallet whilst your Casino Bonus is Active.  You must fulfil the applicable Wagering Requirements before you can withdraw any money in your Pending Winnings wallet and/or Bonus Balance wallet.  

Cash Balance

The amount of money held in the wallet labelled “Cash”.  Any money that you deposit into your Account and all winnings from bets placed using your own money will be held in your Cash Balance.

Casino Bonus

The relevant casino bonus that you have accepted.  

Excluded Games

The casino games that are excluded from the Casino Bonus.  Any bets placed on Excluded Games will not contribute towards any applicable Wagering Requirements for that Casino Bonus. 

Gaming Bonus

A type of Casino Bonus with Wagering Requirements awarded to your Account once you have met the qualifying requirements/criteria described in the Promotional Terms & Conditions.

Pending Winnings

The amount of funds held in the wallet labelled “Pending Winnings” This will include any winnings made from bets place with your bonus funds. These funds will only move to your Cash Balance once the Wagering Requirements applicable to the Casino Bonus have been met. 

Promotional Period

The period for which the Casino Bonus will be available before expiring and therefore being withdrawn from your Account.  Any applicable Wagering Requirements must be completed within the Promotional Period.

Promotional Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions which are specific to the Casino Bonus.  Each Casino Bonus will have its own specific Promotional Terms & Conditions.

Qualifying Game

Any game which is not an Excluded Game.

Wagering Requirements 

The total value of bets you will need to place on qualifying games within the Promotional Period to be allowed to withdraw any winnings sitting in your Bonus Balance and/or Pending Winnings.
