How do I take screenshots?
Sometimes when speaking to our Customer Support team, we will require a screenshot from your device in order to help resolve and troubleshoot your issue. If you are in doubt on how to do this please see the below guide for a variety of devices.
PC
You can take a screen shot of your entire desktop by pressing the Print Screen key. Click Start, click Accessories, and then click Paint. In the Paint window, click Edit, and then click Paste. Save this as a file on your PC. Please add this as an e-mail attachment in any correspondence with us.
Mac
To take a screenshot on your Mac, Press Command-Shift-3. The screenshot is added to your desktop. This is similar to using Print Screen on a PC. Please add this as an e-mail attachment in any correspondence with us.
iPhone/iPad
To take a screenshot with your iPhone, press and hold the sleep/wake button and the Home button at the same time. This will then save as a photo on your phone. Please add this as an e-mail attachment in any correspondence with us.
HTC One/ One M8
To take a screenshot with your HTC One or HTC One (M8) phone, hold down the Power button and the Volume down button. This will then save as a file on your phone in the gallery. Please add this as an e-mail attachment in any correspondence with us.
Samsung Galaxy S3/S4/S5
To take a screenshot with your Samsung Galaxy Phone, Simultaneously press the power button and the home button. This will then save as a file on your phone in the gallery. Please add this as an e-mail attachment in any correspondence with us
Xperia Z/Z1/Z2, Nexus 4/5, Kindle Fire/ Fire HD, Hudl/Hudl 2 and other Android devices running Android 4.0 and above
To take a screenshot with the above listed Android devices, hold down the Power button and the Volume down button. This will then save as a file on your device in the gallery. Please add this as an e-mail attachment in any correspondence with us
Older Android devices or smartphones running Android 2.3 or earlier
If you are running Android 2.3 or below, you will need to download an app in order to take a screenshot. Once you have done this and the file is saved in your device's gallery, please add this as an e-mail attachment in any correspondence with us.
