How do I verify my identity?

You must complete the following steps to have full access to your account:

1. Confirm your identity by uploading a photocopy, or taking a picture, of an identification document (passport, ID card, or driving licence) including your full name, date of birth, place of birth, and photograph. If you have access to your account, we recommend you upload your documents via:

   • Our online uploader tool (recommended)

   • Android and iOS apps

   • Email – documents@galacasino.com

2. We will need to verify your documents. We aim to review and process documents within 36 hours.

3. Once verified, your account will be fully verified and you’ll be able to deposit, withdraw, and play.
