If you are looking to recover account details of a customer that has passed away, firstly please accept our condolences.
To obtain confirmation of the existence of any such account and to potentially gain control of any existing account/funds, we require confirmation that you have the necessary authority to deal with the deceased's estate. Until documents are supplied, we regret that we will be unable to discuss any details.
